Science:

The Neuropsychological Test Battery Vienna (NTBV 1.0) and the Verbal Selective Reminding Test (VSRT) from psimistri have been used in a recent study at MedUni Vienna. It was shown that both methods, in contrast to thyroid hormones, have a predictive value for predicting 5-year mortality in patients with SCD, MCI and Alzheimer‘sdisease (Blaž Đapić, Eva Schernhammer, Helmuth Haslacher, Elisabeth Stögmann, Johann Lehrner: No effect of thyroid hormones on 5-year mortality in patients with subjective cognitive decline, mild cognitive disorder, and Alzheimer’s disease).

New test procedures:

The Neuropsychological Test Battery Vienna (NTBV 1.0) and the Verbal Selective Reminding Test (VSRT) are now available for use. The test materials for both procedures are available for free download in the member area. An electronic evaluation programme is now available in the shop.
